M J Quinn Integrated Services Ltd are committed to a programme of training to produce continuous improvement for all their staff, this process is continually monitored internally and supplemented by third party audits, principally by the LPC.

Training Process
All personnel employed by M J Quinn Integrated Services Ltd are assessed to establish his or her training needs, once the needs have been established our training officer will determine the appropriate training module or modules required.
In order to implement this training M J Quinn has established a comprehensive training room, which contains a fully working example of all the equipment that M J Quinn currently install or maintain including;
All types of Fire Alarm Control Panels
Full range of Hochiki ESP detectors
Full range of Apollo XP95 detectors
Aspiration system
Damper Control Panels
Limit/Flow Switch
Fibre Optic linear heat deteion system
Security gate control interface
Remote audiovisual signalling units
The training room also has a comprehensive fault simulator to enable the trainer to test and assess the engineers with genuine faults.
The use of both the Apollo and Hochiki emulators are used to train our engineers to programme and load the Fire Control Panels.
M J Quinn also have a programme of on site training to ensure that all our engineers are fully familiar with the equipment they are working on.
This whole process is continually assessed by a third party to level 2 of NVQ 1882 detection and alarm systems certified by city and guilds, these assessments include on site working assessments.
Each engineer has a personal portfolio, which contains a record of both training and assessments.
