The Mechanical Services Department is responsible for the installation and maintenance of services for commercial, industrial and retail premises.

We offer our clients a full design and installation for new and existing premises incorporating heating, plumbing, ventilation and piped services, also carrying out pre-designed work to our client's specifications.

M J Quinn Integrated Services are able to provide servicing of various equipment, from boiler plant to full systems. We specialise in the maintenance of commercial catering equipment, including repair and safety inspections, offering a 24-hour Emergency Call out service. Our fully trained team also carry out works for local authorities and housing associations, including boiler replacement programmes and repairs, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

All our operatives are directly employed by the company and are trained in their particular expertise with the appropriate City and Guild qualification and registered with CORGI/ACS our engineers ensure the best possible service is delivered to our clients.
