Policies and procedures are continuously monitored, reviewed and assessed to ensure they are being followed and meeting the company objectives.
Health, Safety and the Environment are paramount to the Directors and all employees. At MJ Quinn the culture of continuous improvement and good communication ensures all employees are trained and informed of any amendments relating to all Health & Safety policies. Our stringent Health and Safety policies and training that is given, allows our clients, employees and the public to feel confident that MJ Quinn works hard to minimise risks to every person's Health and Safety at all times.
All employees are required to adhere to the legal guidelines to protect the environment and in addition to this each person is also expected to take on a moral responsibility for the environment while working for MJ Quinn Integrated Services. Each person is expected to embrace any new initiatives that combat the negative impact their actions have on the environment and actively promote a positive attitude towards sustainability of the environment. |
