Staff are always very friendly and helpful. They will always try to do everything possible, to accommodate me, whether it is an emergency response to a particular job or just a case of me wanting information. In hours or out of hours it is pleasing to know that you have a reliable service provider you can count on.
Engineers: Always of smart appearance and represent the company in a professional manner.
Management and surveyors:
Always available and support the business well. Whether it be calling to site to look at Project work or dealing with documentation that is need on site.
General:
Not knowing a lot about MJ Quinn's prior to me being introduced to the Organisation 5 years ago I had reservations that they would be able to meet the high standards that Amey and I expected here at Speke. 5 Years down the line they are still based on site and have recently started to expand their service by carrying out Project work on the building maintenance side. MJ Quinn is a reliable and valued contractor who has worked well to achieve and maintain a high level of service in a challenging business environment".
